Hampton Inn Henderson

Didn't like anything, except friendly staff.

Breakfast was good and a good variety.

Some of the workmanship in the room was not very good. Wallpaper was not done well in the bathroom, tile work was cracked and in pieces and the sink/cabinetry was not even attached to the wall. If you leaned against it at all, it would pull away from the wall or shift around.

The staff was very hospitable and extremely kind and warm.

It was just a prime choice for a brief retreat in Henderson with great value for money. The staff was really helpful when I needed extra towels. Make sure to check out the fitness room while you're there.

We stay here in order to visit the cemetery where my mother is buried, so we have been here before. The receptionist found my Hilton Honors number. Good breakfast and internet. Close to the interstate.

We arrived at 2:55 and the room wasn't ready, nor could they give us a time when it would be ready. Hampton Inns no longer have the little computer lap desk

The staff were extremely friendly. Fairly quiet and extremely spacious room with refrigerator, walk-in shower which was a comfortable space, I had everything needed. Booked it for me$ 86.

Nothing that i didnt like!

Bathroom flooding was a major inconvenience.

Loud guests heard a lot of road noise.

Ease of on/off interstate hwy. Closeness to restaurants

The hotel was perfect for our large family with babies. The outdoor pool kept the kids entertained while we enjoyed the convenient free WiFi. Plus, the location near Kerr Lake was great for some outdoor activities.

My wife says that a designated play area would be awesome.

Not much staff on the evening shift very poor attitude and was not well informed. Wi-Fi was very poor I could not use it, I was on the 3rd floor

I enjoyed the convenience to my dad's house in Henderson.

The only complaint I had was the refrigerator was noisy. My wife unplugged it and solved that problem

The free Wi-Fi helped us stay connected. We loved the outdoor pool to chill after a day at Kerr Lake. Breakfast was solid with fresh fruit and hot options. The staff was super friendly.

The only downside was the slow drain in the bathroom, a bit inconvenient .

We loved the breakfast, the quietness and the comfy beds.

I did not like that the freezer melted our ice cream.

Cookies when we arrived, breakfast menu, exceptional helpfulness of the staff.

The heater kept cutting on and off all night and was pretty noisy. If there was a setting for continuous fan, I didn't figure it out.
